I just began a My Player and was drafted 15th by the Pacers.
It looks like I will be backing up Darren Collison at the point.
I wish they had this year's rookies in the game :(
Don't play too in-depth yet - they're working on a patch, a much needed patch.
They fucked up on release and your entire team will be traded every week. It's so stupid. Tyreke Evans was traded 12 times in one season, DeMarcus Cousins 9. *shakes head*
And you can download from the RosterShare a very accurate roster that includes all the rookies.

Screen shots of your player? What attributes did you give him?
I created a player once in NBA Courtside. He was physically small. It was funny because I could get behind Shaq. By the time he would turn around, I would be in mid-air, almost finishing a dunk. He turned around very slowly.

Thanks Eze. I didn't want to be on the Pacers anyway. I might just wait for the patch then.
And I'll download rookie rosters, and then start a new one, too.
I did the roster thing for NCAA Football 11 (last year) and not only did it have all the players actual names but everyone was ranked appropriately (So Cam Newton, who in the game is ranked 80, was ranked 99 in the roster download).

Hmmm...I'm trying to figure out how to add screenshots. Maybe I can upload it via the game and then it could be available online for you to see? I'll tinker with that later this week.
As for attributes, I just selected all-around PG. The shot style and whatnot was all default (but the default shot style is a weird-looking one) so that's another thing that I will look to change once I create my new player.
My team won the rookie exhibition game by 20+ points and I had 15 points, 6 assists, 1 rebound. One of my 'negatives' for the game was too few rebounds. Yeah, 1 rebound isn't impressive, but still, i'm a PG. They shouldn't deduct points for that or make that an emphasis.
I was also tinkering with minutes per quarter. In past NBA games, I could play with 7-9 minute quarters and score around 100 points/game. But those games were too arcadey (the likes of NBA Live 2002) and in this game I need the actual 12 minutes per quarter otherwise I don't average 100+ points/game.
Obviously, with this quarter length, the games could drag on for a while (once I become a starter anyway, now I only play 10-20 minutes a game, and I can simulate the rest of the game) but I'm still in favor of it because I don't want weird scores like 60-55 and the top scorer having 15 points. I want the scores and the box scores to look like actual NBA games. So I'll play with 12 minute quarters probably.
You could take a picture with a cell phone and e-mail it to yourself.
Love that mode, but, it's just so unrealistic with the trades right now :( So I've been playing Franchise until they fix it up.

Here's a weird thing from the game about Kings arena: The huge Kings text logo in the middle of the court is distracting to me (maybe because I play with the 2k camera). But I would prefer a much smaller and less noticable logo LOL (like how it used to be).

Once you're on the bench, is there a feature to "simulate until I'm back in the game"?
Also, I'm also curious as to what physical attributes you give your player. When I created mine in NBA Courtside, I was into the "Iverson" look with respect to arm bands, elbow sleeves, and headbands.

You could take a picture with a cell phone and e-mail it to yourself.
That's a good way. Or you could just use a digital camera, take a few pics, transfer it to your PC, then post it here.
You can also do that if you see some good box scores.
What's your player's name?
What platform is it on? PC? Since your PS2 broke. :(
I haven't owned a NBA game since NBA Jam T.E. Maybe it's time I get one, for the PC. I'll have to think about it. And also think about what mode I'd like to play.
With MLB 09 The Show, I like playing franchise mode. I wonder what mode I'd like playing in a NBA game, create-a-player mode, or season mode? Can create-a-player mode play multiple seasons?
I played NBA Jam on my cousin's Wii last year. They did a good job with the new version. Controls took a little time getting used to, but it was fine.

If you can think it, chances are, you can do it. Undershirts, team color, team color 1, team color 2? Where do you want the NBA logo on your headband? Side? Back? Front? Wanna make your own shoes - you can.
Can create-a-player mode play multiple seasons?
You play your entire career, however long that takes, be it three seasons or thirty.

haha, welcome, welcome, welcome.
I think it's actually better than the Show's My Player Mode (which is awesome), but, it's just implayable until they fix the trade logic in that particular mode. I mean, Kevin Durant getting traded every other week - come on. lol

My player's name is Senim Silla. And I gave him #25.
It's on PS3. I guess I haven't told you that I bought a PS3 last week and bought the game.
If you want to spend the money, I'd invest in a PS3. I bought a 160 GB version for 250$, not a bad deal IMO, and free online play too.
Some of the outdated sports games are cheap too. Example: NCAA 11, Madden 11, Mlb the show 10 are all $25- less (at GameStop). So it's cool to get those for low prices, and have somewhat updated rosters, if you choose to use roster share.
Isn't WalMart having a 160 for $199 with two games on Black Friday or something?

2k12 is hot right now.
I got the game about a week ago.
What games/consoles/genres are you guys into?
I know nuraman00 is looking for a PC game to buy in the near future, so are there any PC gamers here?
I'm playing NBA 2k12 and NCAA Football 11, mostly.
I traded Marcus Thornton for Derrick Rose :) (Before you start giving me crap, I just wanted a dominating 90+ player on my team, and I thought Rose/Evans would make for a good backcourt).

What games/consoles/genres are you guys into?
I like most types of games except strategy games like Starcraft or Warcraft.
Also, it depends on RPGs with me. For example, I've liked The Legend Of Zelda games, The Secret Of Monkey Island games, Diablo, and Mario RPG. But I wouldn't say I have an affinity toward RPGs. Those were just some that I ended up liking.
For fighting games, I liked Street Fighter, and Killer Instinct. But I couldn't get into Mortal Kombat as much. The moves were just too awkward to do, I don't like doing movies were you hold the block button. It was still fun, but not something I craved.
I like the Twisted Metal games. I remember renting Twisted Metal Black for the PS2 about 8.5 years ago. Even though I had played the previous games a lot, Twisted Metal Black had a huge learning curve. The FAQs were right about that. In fact, not only did I not even beat the game with one character in a 7 day rental, but I only beat the first mini-boss. And I got stuck on the level right after the first mini-boss. Also, I didn't play about half the time during that 7 day rental, partly because my roommates were playing Dynasty Warriors on the PS2.
I like first person shooters too, but I suck at them. Probably because I never really owned one, so I couldn't practice and learn techniques. Or maybe I'm just not good at them. But I still played them. I like the arcade-style FPS a little more, but the Tom Clancy games are good too.
I probably like a few games from every genre.

^ 1st win of the season too. Then I lost to Cleveland and won @ Minnesota. 2-4 now.
Some notables about association mode so far:
Why are there so many players getting extensions in the 1st week of the season? It's nice to hear this news on the homepage, but after every game, 3-5 players are getting extensions and they're always the main headline. Example: Chauncey Billups signs 5 year/27 MILL Extension with NY, and a picture of Billups in a suit.
Minnesota was 4-0 when I faced them. Beasley is tough to guard in this game. He's a streaky shooter. He made 4 or 5 shots in a row in the 3rd quarter (all long 2's or 3's) and he moved really well off of screens, so he was nearly unguardable. Kevin Love is rated only an 81, and was a non-factor in the game. Ridnour made a lot of deep shots too.
I got frustrated in the Cleveland game. I started jacking up shots in the 2nd half (and fell behind by 20/22 points, then cut the lead back to 5, before losing by 10/12 points). Kyrie Irving played like Derrick Rose, lol. I don't know how, but they just kept hitting shots late in the shot clock, kept getting offensive rebounds, and Irving was able to penetrate at will for most of the game. Jamison and Varejao got to the line too, when Irving would dish the ball in the lane. I never wanna play that F*cken team again. I'd rather play LA again, lol.

I know what you mean. There are some teams that just give me problems in video games too.
For example, in NBA Jam T.E., I hated playing Washington because of Webber. Webber had an unusually high combination of POWER, SPEED, and STEAL. So one push, and he'd steal the ball. (There are no fouls in that game).

I don't even have any mental energy left to go on this damn rant, but I'll try to squeeze in as much possible.
There's one thing about this game that really gets under my skin: I always play well against good teams (beat LA, lost by 2 @ Memphis) and I get pounded by shitty teams. I got blown out by Cleveland at home, and I just quit a game against Washington.
Washington was leading 62-45 at halftime.
Problem #1: Rashard Lewis. I'm going to pr int off a picture of his face then shoot it 20 times, then put it through a paper shredder, then take a dump on it. Lewis went 6/6 from 3, 7/8 overall. All but one were contested shots. I just don't understand this. When I play Memphis/Los Angeles, both teams have realistic 3pt%, but against Cleveland/Washington, these guys shoot lights out, with solid defense. On one possession, there was a loose ball, 3 or 4 seconds on the clock, Lewis picks the ball up around the FT line, dribbles back and pops a 3, and Swish!!!! WTF?!?!
Nick Young went 4/6 from 3. That's 10/12 combined, 30 1st half points from 3 from those two guys.
Again, solid defense, but these guys just knock it down almost every time. I even checked the CPU sliders to make sure I didn't screw something up earlier or have it on arcade mode or something.
Meanwhile, my team goes a dismal 2/10 from 3. Of course.
Then there's problem #2: This has happened in most games. Every now and then, when I miss a shot, the other team has a player who has somehow managed to escape any defender and is halfway down the floor. Then Andray Blatche throws a perfect 40 foot pass and leads to an easy dunk. WTF?!?!
I went into coach settings and tinkered with defensive settings, but nothing. This still happens 2-3 times a quarter. Just easy points, and it's really frustrating!!!
Problem #3: This doesn't happen as often but it's dumb as well. This is what happens: The opposing team has the ball, a player drives and one of my guys either reaches in or tries to go for a charge (and is called for a blocking foul) the other player does a spin move (usually) takes and hits the shot. And then gets the 3-point opportunity. Again, unrealistic, and frustrating. I can understand someone with the awareness of LeBron doing something like this OCCASSIONALLY but 68 rated Jan Vesely???? Or fucken Rashard Lewis (rated 70 or 71)???
I quit the Wizards game at halftime and am considering just not playing Association mode. The reason being, I don't encounter these problems (at all or rarely) in My Player or online, so I might just stick to those two, or just not play the game. Very, very frustrating.

If you have online, use roster share to get rookies.
In My Player (playing with actual rookies) you still play with the fake rookies in the Rookie Game before the draft, and those guys get drafted too. But when you actually start the season, those rookies are nowhere to be found (maybe in the D-League) and the actual rookie are automatically on the roster of their respective team. I'm kind of relieved because I didn't want fakies to be in the game (or to atleast have an impact on the game).

I haven't played an arcade NBA game in quite some time. NBA Live 2002 was probably the last one (yeah it's not a true arcade game, but it definitely had that arcade feeling to it). I'm sure I wouldn't mind it, but I'm just more about realism (I just like playing a game that feels like the real thing). So If Player A goes 8/10 from 3 or has 3 slam dunks in a row, I get kind of mad, just because you don't expect that (even though it happens at times).
I wonder if your ESPN profile quote is still 'NBA Jam TE is the greatest video game ever' LOL?

Strange. Thanks for the feedback. I'll take this into account when deciding on a game.
I also can't think of any similarities between Rashard Lewis / Washington or Kyrie Irving / Cleveland. I can't think of a common problem both pose.
Perhaps the only thing I can think of is small quick guards? (Irving, Nick Young)? The teams you beat (L.A. Lakers, Memphis) don't have those.
BTW, classic line about printing the picture of Lewis. I'll probably bump it a year from now when the Kings play the Wizards.

I get frustrated too when games obviously cheat. For example, during the last 10 seconds of any quarter in NBA Jam TE, they have an "at the buzzer" phase. Patrick Ewing always seems to make a full court 3-pointer. (There's a "clutch" rating for each player, that determines how good he is late in quarters).
In Street Fighter II, if you had a huge lead and there were 10 seconds left (clock starts at 99 seconds), the CPU would then get in a lot of hits in an effort to try and win. Blocking didn't work as well either. That's why I usually took off time when I played. I didn't notice that problem in other games like Killer Instinct, for example. You could use the CPU's late-round aggressiveness against him as often as he would actually get in hits, thus making it fair.
On a side note, this is NOT an example of the CPU cheating, I think I just suck. But it seems like if I have the bases loaded and 0 or 1 outs in MLB 09 The Show, I can barely get in a hit. Most of the time, either I swing at terrible pitches (obviously my fault), or I get called for close strikes (questionable fault). I can't win either way. But if the CPU has that same scenario, he's a lot more proficient at driving in a run. I think it's just me. We've discussed this before, how we both get lots of hits but are less efficient in converting them into runs. Plus it evens out, since MLB 09 The Show has the "dropped 3rd strike" bug. What that means is that catchers will drop a 3rd strike a lot, thus allowing the batter to try for 1st, or for other runners to advance. The bug is actually so bad that that sometimes the opposing CPU won't even try to pick up the ball. I've probably had three fake "inside the park HRs" that were actually dropped 3rd strikes and fielders indifference. So it sort of balances out. The CPU has some things on me, I have some things on him.
Barry Zito, who I traded after playing one game, and whom the Pirates picked up, I think was the HARDEST pitcher I've faced. I can barely get a hit off of him. I can't even get a few ball counts on him. It took me several times of restarting the game just to play in some sort of competitive game against the Zito-lead Pirates. If MLB 09 The Show was an action game with with a final Boss, Barry Zito would have been it. Yes, I think I'm not that great with some curveball pitchers like Wandy Rodriguez or Barry Zito, but Zito took it to another level.

I remember that thread. You've mentioned it to me several times, lol.
Some good stabs taken at me in that thread haha.
Yeah, Miami Marlins just doesn't have a ring to it.
Hey, since I'm so disgusted with 2k12, I might get a chance to play MLB 10 the show, and maybe do a Franchise.
Let me know if they fixed the following bugs that MLB 09 The Show had:
1. Dropped 3rd strike. Does it happen as often?
2. Position players not getting credit for pitching. Early in the season, sometimes I'd have Fred Lewis get the final out as a RP. But when I'd check my team stats the next day, Lewis wouldn't have any pitching stats.
3. IP not adding up correctly in the box score if you do a double switch. So sometimes at the end of a game, your box score will only show 7 or 8 IP.
Also tell me how the baserunning is. I still haven't opened my brand new PS2 controller, in an attempt to simulate a 2-player game and practice individual base running (if I had on multiple base running). I wanted to create a list of scenarios in which I'd only want to advance one runner, and then try doing that. I bought the controller now nineteen months ago, lol. Everytime I do play MLB 09 The Show, I just want to play 1 Player Franchise mode.
Overall I obviously really like the game, the game play is good. These are just some bugs though.

Yup, it is. :) I'm never taking that down.
BTW, so about NBA Jam games, yes it is arcade style on offense. But then you can PUSH the opponent on defense, and knock them down on their butt. Pushing takes up part of your turbo on your turbo bar, but you can get in at least two pushes on an opponent, wait for him to get up, then have enough turbo regenerated for one more push. So playing defense takes on a completely different feel than normal games too, it's about trying to push players to the point that either the shot clock runs out, or they turn the ball over on one of those pushes, etc. There's also an injury rating in NBA Jam TE, so after getting pushed a few times, the player will have an higher injury rating, which will affect his offensive ability too. You can do substitutions in that game though, after every quarter. In fact, if you push someone right as he's taking off for a dunk, he flies backwards twenty feet sometimes, lol. It's funny to watch.
Also, the real challenge in the game comes after you beat all 27 teams. After that, anytime you play the CPU, they automatically have codes for themselves with "MAX Power" and "Powered Up Interceptions". Their max power makes them about twice as resistant to pushes. So they don't fall all the way backward, only 40% as much sometimes. And if you don't enter codes for yourself either, then it definitely makes winning hard since they're rarely going to get injured enough to even warrant a substitution, while you will get injured because they will use their max power against you. (When I say "get injured", I mean increase your injury rating, not actually get injured). It's not impossible to beat the CPU, but you have to be focused because they won't screw up very much because it's hard to knock them around. It's not that they aren't susceptible to your pushes at all, they are. It's just it only slows them down; it doesn't actually stop them. So you have to keep following some of their patterns in movements and try to get there 1/4 of a second earlier so one of your pushes will hit them harder. BTW it sucks when you try to push, and miss, because then you just wasted maybe 40% of your turbo, lol. And you look stupid pushing the air.
I usually pick San Antonio because Dennis Rodman had good defensive stats, and most big guys are sufficient enough at dunking, which is all I want from my offense. This is when I play the CPU with their automatic cheat codes. I cannot play defense with guards. Even those with great steal stats, their lack of power is just detrimental IMO. They get injured too easily. And I don't like using guards exclusively for their 3-point ability. That's just not very fun, launching a 3-pointer every time. It's too unrealistic and too cheesy. I'd rather try to find my way into the paint and try and dunk or lay it up with a guard. It's a higher percentage shot, but also creates a more intense, close environment with trying to maneuver around the opponents.
If you just want to launch 3-pointers, then you'd pick Charlotte, because they had Mugsy Bogues and Del Curry, I believe. But as I mentioned, that's boring to me.
When I'd play with a friend, we'd usually play together vs. the CPU with their automatic cheat codes. It was more fun that way, plus since the CPU is enhanced, it gave us a natural reason to "hate" them.

Thanks for the info nuraman00.
It sounds like a fun game actually, maybe really fun if you were playing with friends or family.
Ok, so a few questions:
You mentioned your 'goal' on defense being pushing..how often were you successful in pushing the other player back? To the point of a turnover (or a backcourt violation, probably don't have those in that game?).
How often did you or any team take 3's and dunks? What was the ratio? Would players ever take midrange jump shots or floaters/runners, something of that kind? Or was it 95% dunks/3's? How often did these shots go in? Higher than in simulation NBA games I'm assuming?
You know what, I have so many questions, I'm going to youtube some gameplay videos and just watch a few minutes. But you do such a good job of explaining lol, so that helps too.

Ok so a question on those wacky dunks: Are you ever able to block/stop that dunk attempt? In the video, I saw about 5 or 6 of those dunks (player goes 20 feet in the air, spins, dunks) and if there are other players around, they don't/can't do anything to stop it. It must be pretty demoralizing if the opposing team's player starts up that animation and you can't do anything to stop it from going in...LOL.
Wow, Tom Gugliotta sucks. He was 2 feet from the hoop, and was open, and he went for a jump shot and missed, WTF lol?
I remember playing NBA Street Volume 2 and I always loved being the big man because you could stay in front of the hoop and when the other team would shoot, you could leap maybe 10-15 feet in the air and snatch the ball mid-air or just block it back to them.

What do you think about the modern version of the game? Better, worse?
The new version reminds me of an old movie re-make. Fun for a while, but, it's just not the same. Still enjoyable but, it's just not it.
And btw, Amazon and GameFly have MLB the Show 11 (and MLB 2k11 too, but, the Show is WAY better) very cheap now. I think like 15 bucks or something.

It sounds like a bad move now, if I have to wait for a patch to make it fun.

OK, I'm a programmer so let me explain why 2K won't ever be able to fix team play without building a new game engine from scratch.
The game engine is like the physics core and the camera core that basically is the meat and bones of the game. It's a program.
The engine for this game (the whole NBA 2K Series) was initially written for the first entry 2K6 back in 2005. Now, since that time all the stuff they have added to this game over the years has been added onto the game engine. That's seven years of development on the same basic program. Seven years of all the programmers who have come and gone at 2K working on this thing, adding functionality, adding online team play and adding crew, adding all the stuff they've added from a gameplay perspective, new shot controls, all of that, have been added to the code for seven years.
Now, I can imagine that the code for the game engine looks like frankenstein's monster. It's probably got bits of code here and bits of code there all mixed together and not properly commented or optimized. That's why now it's not able to run well online when you introduct bandwidth problems and suddenly having to accept 10 player inputs and coordinate between 10 systems. Suddenly the antiquated program with all the extra add-on code is not able to perform at acceptable rates. That is what is happening here.
It would be like if Modern Warfare 3 was trying to run on the old MW1 engine. Not gonna happen. This isn't 2K Sports NBA engine 7.0 it's more like 1.9
I'm not suprised that 2K is scared to death to build a new engine because 2K fanboys want the 2K engine and they would be essentially forced to reprogram every feature they've introduced since 2K6 because we expect all the latest features. NBA Elite's failure showed us how difficult it can be to make a good sports engine from scratch because theirs obviously was broken and they didn't even know it until the demo hit.
So they're between a rock and a hard place because their piecemeal game engine gets older every year and is never going to work for online team play but trying to start over would be giving up all the people who still buy this game every year regardless of how small the improvement over the last version is.

Man, people are saying online play for 2K10, 2K11, and 2K12 (all for PC) suck, they don't work. And even if you can get them to work, 2K servers force you to play at low quality. I know I'll probably play more one-player than online, but I don't want to pay for something that I will probably use a little bit, and have it not work.
They certainly had some issues (odd since 2K is usually pretty good) but the game itself are still really good and WELL worth 20 bucks. With the PC version, you're pretty wide open in terms of what people can do from roster fixes/updates to altering graphics.
I don't really play online, so, I can't comment on that, but the only real issue I've had is with the My Player mode (the mode is great, it's just the simulated trades that are awful). If that wouldn't bug you, it's awesome and playing in franchise mode is sweet.
On the 2k roster share, there are full blown, super detailed rosters so my franchise has Jimmer, Isaiah, etc not to mention there are detailed draft rosters for the next few years as well you can download so I drafted players a few years out like Perry Jones, etc.
I love the game.
And I did play NBA 2k11 online a decent amount and it always worked for me.
And yes, the PS3 was 60 the other day, more likely going to be 39.99 from now on given the NBA's current state, but 20 bucks is a great price.

Did EA give up with NBA games?
I have it on PS3. It's really a very good game - plus, you can play with the 2001 Kings team which is awesome.
And EA said their game was so flawed they were going to scrap this years product and come back next year, but now there is question if they'll do that even.
And yay - it's finally here - update!
ONLINE
Fixed an issue that would cause large-user Team-Up games to hang at halftime if all users watched the halftime show in-full.
Addressed an issue that would lead to a disconnect in subsequent games when one or more users modified their playbook for the current game.
A number of Association: Online optimizations were made to greatly minimize disconnects.
Additionally, general optimization improvements were made in order to improve the overall online experience.
GENERAL
The ‘Back to Back to Back’ and ‘My All-Star’ trophies/achievements should now unlock under the proper conditions.
Previously unlocked NBA’s Greatest games and ‘Gift with Purchase’ Kings/Warriors teams will now remain unlocked after playing and exiting the Association/My Player game modes.
Fixed an issue where the roster would become corrupt when attempting to enter the ‘Legends Showcase’ with unsaved roster changes.
Fixed a rare issue that would cause the game to hang when attempting to skip the pre-game presentation in Season and Playoff modes.
Corrected an issue where players could become duplicated after editing a Created Team.
“PIPPEN” dunk package has been updated so that it can be re-assigned to Pippen when switched off of him.
Addressed issue where Created Players are assigned Cold Zones for all shot locations. This change applies for all generated players in Association/My Player modes as well.
The Adidas Zig Pro Future and ZigEncore shoes should now have the correct shoe image associated with them.
GAMEPLAY
Increased the velocity of lob passes into the post so they are less vulnerable to tips and steals.
Reduced steal success when the defender attempts a steal from behind the ballhandler.
Tuned player lunges on steal attempts such that they don’t cover an unrealistic amount of ground.
Tuned AI passes from the wing down into the post. The AI is now smarter during this situation, specifically where the perimeter defender is sagging off the ballhandler in anticipation of this pass.
Corrected an issue where during online gameplay, a shot ball would ‘re-launch’ even after it had been blocked.
Tuned AI playcalling during late-game situations so that they initiate plays faster.
Fixed an issue where the CPU ballhandler would take too long to pass (or in some cases, not pass the ball at all) when running a play in My Player.
Addressed an issue where the user would inadvertently commit an intentional foul with a defender when attempting to contest a shot with his hands up.
Tuned animation selection that would cause a player to lose forward momentum when attempting a Swat Block.
Addressed a specific case where attempting a pass fake would cause the pass to be thrown.
8-second violations will no longer be called when the ball is poked loose and enters the backcourt.
Training Camp: Triple Threat drill score requirements lowered in order to make it a little easier to complete the drill.
Legends Showcase: Fixed a hang that would occur when the AI would recover a loose ball by diving for the ball and then sitting idle with it.
Legends Showcase: Addressed a case where players who did not meet the requirements were able to throw a flashy pass.
MY PLAYER
Corrected an issue where the game would hang after winning the NBA Finals in My Player mode.
Trading logic has been greatly improved in this mode. In particular, your team’s GM will no longer overhaul the roster once you join the team.
Your team’s GM will now do a better job of acquiring one of your recommended players when he comes to you asking for potential trade targets. Be careful what you ask for!
Fixed an issue where both teams in a game would be using the wrong playbooks on occasion.
A few select season-long milestones (e.g. Shoot 85% or better from the free throw line) should now properly unlock when the prerequisite conditions are met.
The camera should now properly follow the action in your Signature Shoe Commercial.
THE ASSOCIATION
A number of trade logic improvements have been made for this experience (these apply to Association: Online as well).
Addressed the CPU lineup building / player role allocation such that players no longer become unnecessarily upset with the direction of their respective teams.
New coaching staff is now generated when you get many years into the mode. This will result in sufficiently skilled coaches available to be hired.

Also, is there any way to record a game that I'm playing on the PC? Or even a quarter? (5 min quarter).
You'd need to get a program like PCHand Screen Recorder or just record it using a camera and then upload it to YouTube.

I could use a digital camera. But how could I position it so that it captures my monitor, but yet I would still be able to sit at my desktop and play? I can't put it directly behind me, because the chair would be too high.
Should get one of those flexible tripods (or the gorilla tripods - http://joby.com/) and just position it so it captures it. I've had to do it before - works well.
