Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! wrote on Twitter that there are several signs the lockout could be on the verge of ending, including team executives cancelling scouting trips and preparing for free agency.

There's so many players playing overseas now, and if the season does get underway shortly, many of them will still be under contract in Europe, so the rosters are going to look a bit off. And what if someone's contract expires in February? Can they begin playing with their NBA team ASAP?

only a few scrubs are in Europe....and I don't think most of them have even played yet
